"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Our intensive and networking investigation into your contract/inheritance payment has warranted us to contact you in order to know if you are still alive or dead. Your payment has been officially and legally approved for payment by the National Assembly, and endorsed by the Federal Executive council, in conjunction with world bank officials. But there is a dramer happening here in our office, because we have in our custody a deed of assignment presented to us by one Mr. Donald Malone from Toronto, Canada.He alleged that you died of a terminal illness (cancer), he alleged that you signed the deed of assignment for him as your next of kin when the doctors confidently informed you that have few days more to live on planet earth. Having verified the deed of assignment he presented and found out some irregularities. we decided to write you this email to find out if indeed you are dead, we will consider it true that you are dead if we did not get any response from you after five working days.
