I honestly do not know how you are to feel as you read this message as we obviously have no past relationship.I was searching for my friend Tony website and contact information on the internet when I stumbled on your email address after I failed locating the only person
that has been close to me for once in a lifetime.I just made up my mind to reach you because I have limited time and please allow me to run a brief introduction of myself and my mission.



I am Mr. Ben Lucas, a once Global oil merchant. I have been diagnosed with cancer for the past five years and ever since then I have been distributing my funds to charity organizations in Africa and Europe. I do not believe much on news and cries for help which I see posted on the internet. What I do is I usually source for organizations that offer scholarships to the less privileged,development of poor communities and genuine orphanage homes,and anonymously support them
financially, after I have done thorough investigation on them and convinced that it is a genuine NGO, and that is literally making me a charity foundation of it's own that is being run by one person which is me.



I have been able to make progress in Africa and some part of Europe where I have traded on in my lifetime. Since I can't do this any longer considering my health issues I will like you to help me do this if you will be interested but your location and social status will have
to matter.I will like to know your country of residence and if I consider it a place that has majority of citizens that need great financial assistance then we might work together.America for example is said to be the world power but looking deep you will find out that
their economy is draining and many citizens are finding it difficult surviving.


I am not writing you to pity me in anyway but to help me fulfill my last quest. I have approximately $7,100,000.00(Seventeen Million and One Hundred thousand United States Dollars) in a safe deposit and I am looking for someone to entrust it with for charity outreach.
