"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: PLEASE,REPLY ME NOW.

Dear Sir,

I am Mr.Joseph Diara currently working as a civil servant as an assistant director(Contract Payment claim investigation panel) in the Central Bank Of Nigeria.

There is a Fund which has remained unclaimed for the past four years because the management of this bank has found out that it was a fund the claim was spurious and not legally document for transfer because all the relevant documents to back up was missing in the payment file and the payment withdrawn until the beneficiary proof beyond reasonable doubt that it actually belong to him or her.

Therefore, after series of investigation we found out that the so called beneficiary has absconded for fear of arrest because the fund claim was false and it was an inflated contract payment.

Now i want you to come forward and claim this fund as as the true beneficiary and we shall share the fund 60-40%. With my position all the legal documents backing the fund in your name will be legally obtained on your behalf.

If you are interested do let me know for further details. There is no risk attached.

Mr.Joseph Diara.
