"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: From Dr Christopher Nelcheq...

Dear friend,

I crave your indulgence to get in contact with you with this piece of

information. First i will like to give you brief information about the deal i

am to present to you. Introducing myself as Dr. Christopher Nelcheq,

Assistant CEO of the Red Cross working with the NATO troop in Libya, North

Africa. As you can see what is going on in Libya with the recent killing of

the world known tyrant Moammar Gadhafi;(LATE)What I am about to tell you is

highly confidential and must be kept secret between us for security reasons.

I have in my possession the sum of $18.2 million USD; which i realized from

series of Oil Deals with some Arab Oil Merchants here. The only people aware

and involved in this deal are just me and you as i am now getting you

informed. I believe you are fully aware of the war here in Libya, which is

the cause of my temporary stay in Libya presently. The situation is getting

so critical here, that was the more reason why i want to get this fund

transferred out as soon as possible.

Officially and with the nature of our job, i cannot bank or move this

money/fund on my name as we are still in government services. I want you to

receive this money on Trust for me. so i am contacting you to act as our

partner also in receiving the fund when it gets to Europe. I can Package the

fund in a security vault of the Red Cross and transfer it through diplomatic

courier means under a Diplomatic Coverage. If you can handle this for me I

will let you have 30% of the total fund for your assistance while the

remaining will be deposited into an account that i will provide for you

later. I wish to use this money for charity purposes, take good care of my

family and also invest in buying properties because i believe the money will

be safer to invest in real estate business or buying properties.

We do not know each other before now, but i am contacting you based on trust

so the most important question now is; "Can I Trust you"? Once the funds get

to you.Your own part of this deal is to receive the fund as a consignment

when it gets to Europe. With my position as a Red Cross official, I will make

all possible arrangements to fly the fund out of here as a Red Cross cargo

with the Red Cross jet. So you will only receive it and get my own share of

the money paid into my account with the help of an international diplomat who

will accompany the vault. That means when you receive the consignment, you

open it and take your flight money from it first before sharing the fund in

the ratio of 30% for you and 70% for me. Then on the progress of this deal, i

will come and meet you in person.

So if you are interested in this business deal, respond to it immediately so

that i can let you have more details on how we can proceed as there is no

time to waste. If no response from you after 3 days, i will look for another

person. Finally i will like to have a little information about you; I just

have to be sure whom I am dealing with.

Regards,
Christopher Nelcheq
