"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I need you to change your account to enable me effect the payment of YOUR fund. We can not pay you the whole sum immediately but I have secured approval from the Presidency to pay the sum of $4,500,000.00 this period.

As I write to you, we have TWO different accounts in our files for this payment and that is not right. Please I need you to either change your account or authorize me to adopt another much after payment option for you.

My office is directly responsible for the following:
Monitoring and evaluation of the process of implementing approved revenue and expenditure of the Federation; Conduct of field visits to Ministries/Agencies of the Federal Government; Estimation of all Federal government oil and non-oil revenues; Inter-governmental revenue allocation matters; and Periodic evaluation of the performance of the Capital and Recurrent Budget.

I am on your side. I give you my FULL and unreserved commitment to this.

I have developed some strategies for resolving the conflicts over non payment of outstanding contracts sums, and building of powerful relationships between the federal government and potential foreign investors in order to attract foreign investment.
