Please don’t be surprise reading my email, perhaps I only need your
assistant to help me train my little son David and to build home for the
less privileged. I am contacting you based on trust and wish, you will
give me back the trust I have given to you. I am Sir. Chawki Rahal, An
old man with Head Brain Cancer Problem due to Bomb blast. A Nationality
of ALGIERS, the capital City of ALGERIA. I and my family based here in (
ABIDJAN, COTE D'IVOIRE) where i am doing my oil business. I am The MIGR
Shell Oil Company,Vice President Sonatrach National Oil Company Algeria
and also a Government Official and Independent Oil Marketer.
 

I and my family came back for a Holiday from our Country. During one of
the recent Bomb Explosion on Wednesday 6th April 2011,  bombings
targeted a police station to eastern suburb Hôtel de ville de Cocody,
near Presidential Palace Residence and others targeting the Hotel Gulf
Continental Abidjan, where President Alassane Ouattara lives with the
United Nation Forces during the war time in this Country then. My Wife
and my only daughter Died with our (2) maid in the house and (9) of my
sales girls and Mans Deeply injured''' Other People's Lives, property
was gone as noting, my Oil station was razed to Nothing leaving.
 

I want a reliable person that fears God with all his heart who will
help me train my only survive little son David whom I and him was the
only survive in the Bomb blasts and GOD knows all''' and is only his
name, must I Glorify at all moment i am still, alive in this sick bed.
As a Body of Christ Redeemed Christian of God.  I want an individual
person that fear God, with all his heart and do what is right to the
people of God even if you are a Christian, Muslim or Jews. To help me
taining my only survive son David in education with the Inheritance that
i left in the Financial Institution which nobody knows of It.
 

I am seriously suffering from Head Cancer Probelm, do to Bomb Explosion
in War. Now my health condition has completely deteriorated. Recently
my Doctor in (Centre ospitalier Universitaire (CHU) à proximité de
Cocody), Where I have gone for a Head Major Operation, disclosed I have
just few weeks to live. Having received the news, I broke down in tears
and ask God for a direction of a person who will be of help to my son
David. God heed to my voice and open my eyes to see you who will be
taking charge of my son David and the Inheritance that i left in the
Financial Institution.
 

I need your urgent help to have my son David and train him in education
with this Inheritance Money and to utilize udiciously to build CHAWKI
RAHAL FOUNDATION homes for the motherless and charity rganization for
the Children. I am a Next of Kin to the sum of (Four Million Seven
Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand United States Dollars, Us$4.775,000),
deposited in a Financial Institution abroad which I inherited from work
and oil business. Please do not see it as a surprise, I was lead by the
Holy Spirit to you and it was already been established you are the only
person to utilize the Inheritance safely. I shall give you details and
authorization letter to make claim once you indicate your interest in
this great help Before i may die in my bad health condition or instead
of losing all this money in Financial Institution without my son going
to school.
 

I dont want relationship of my family members with my son David due to
there bad attitude, so that my son David will not develop it gradually
if I may die. As my health condition couldn't allowed me to take care of
him and my family members will come after my little son David to take
the Inheritance if i may die. As the tradition demand in HOME LAND
ALGERIA. That if the father is no more the family member's will take
over the late properties and any Inheritance left for his children and
this are the reasons i dont want them to know about this Inheritance
that I left in Financial Institution, for my son not to surffer if i may
die. I took this decision because my family relatives are Trouble
Makers and I don't want my son David and my efforts to be used for
trivialties. I do not want a situation where my sweat will be used in
material pursuits.
 

We are totally in a strange country without relatives or anybody to
take care of us again or to help me train David. Do to what Bomb
Explosion has done to me in this Country. I dont want relationship of my
family members in ALGERIA with my son David due to there bad attitude,
so that my survive son David will not develop it gradually if I may die
in this Head Brain Cancer problem.  Ensure you join me in good faith to
execute this project. also i want you to send me mail to indicate your
interest by include your details contact telephone/fax numbers which the
Financial Institution will be reaching you via as my beneficiary next
of kin to this transfer into your account.
 

Please I would like you to give this proposal as a top secret and
delete it if you are not interested. Upon receipt of your reply, I will
give you more details regarding this transaction and also note that, Out
of the entire Inheritance Money. You shall be entitle to take 20% of
the above mentioned amount if you agree to help me execute this great
project. And also after the funds has been transfered into your bank
account you will take 10% out as a compensation for any expenses you may
make in this help. While the balance of 70% will be channel to the
project of building the homeless privileged in my name and the education
of my little survive son David.

I want this to be one of the last good deeds, I did on earth by
building the CHAWKI RAHAL FOUNDATION for homeless and charity
rganization for the Children and the training of David in Education.  I
have also distributed Inheritance to some charity organizations in
Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia with the help of some church ministries
leaders. Now that my health has deteriorated so badly that i can not
walk or do anything myself anymore. I once asked members of my family
members to close one of my accounts in our country and distribute the
money there to charity organization in my home town ALGERIA. But they
refused and kept the money to themselves. Hence, I do not trust them
anymore, as they seem not to be contended with what I have left for
them, As I do informed them that' our nation today is being led astray
by ungodly judges, mayors and governors, who are given to change our
life, defying the Constitution of God and substituting their own wicked
life.
