After the recent meeting Economic Community Of West African States (ECOWAS) held in Abuja the capital of Nigeria, which the President of Nigeria Dr. GoodLuck E. Jonathan is the current chairman of ECOWAS, during discussing about unpaid foreign contracts/Inheritance owed by African regions, your case was mentioned, after the meeting, Mr. President who is the current chairman instructed me to verify why your $5.5Million US dollars have not been paid to you. During my verification I called the attention of Ghanaian Government to know why your payment have not been made upon several approvals. I came to understand that this fund your pushing as Inheritance came as result of over-invoicing from contracts awarded by some Officials of ECOWAS in Ghana.


The ECOWAS Official who initiate you to stand as the inheritor of this fund did not tell you the truth and there was no proper documentation on your favour before their offices was resolved, that is why you spent all the money without any fruitful result, you should n't have spent a lot of money to get this fund if there was a proper documentations on your name.


The reference of this contract with the Economic Community Of West African States (ECOWAS) signified that the Original contracts was awarded to an American Company, Total contracts valued: $452,750,000.00 and these contracts was executed successfully and the Contractor has been paid off. I have traced your name from the Archive and Statistics Department of ECOWAS in Ghana with the number contract number on the original contract and I discovered that your name is not existing with their documentation department and the documents in your file with the bank backing your claim are photocopies and you can’t believe that all the characters in these documents has been erased, because these documents were not original copies.


As a matter of fact, I must tell you the truth because that is the only solution to get you out from this problem. Even some attempts has been made severally by people to claim this fund on your behalf, but due to this fund is in your name as the beneficiary with the bank, they could not succeed. Without this process, you will not receive this fund because Ecowas has lost huge amount to ghost contractors.
