"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hi My Love, It's Me Doris Clark!!!

Dear Beloved,

I am Mrs. Doris Clark from Philippines, presently staying in London. I am married to Williams Clark who has a Minning Company. We were married for thirteen years before he died in the year 2007. In thirteen years of our blessed married god gave us a son we loved so much but we later lost him. My husband died after a brief illness that lasted only four days. We are both born again Christians.

Since his death I decided not to remarry, due to the present condition of my health. I have been diagnosed with laryngeal carcinoma, which has defiled all forms of medical treatment, my late husband deposited the sum of $10.5 Million (Ten Million, Five Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars) with a security company here in Europe when he was alive. This money is still in the custody of the security company.

Recently, my doctor told me that my death is now close that I have only few months to live, according to medical experts. I have decided to give alms to charity organizations; please I want this to be my last good deeds do on earth. I want to do this through the assistance of a God fearing person. Since my health has deteriorated so badly, I cannot do this myself this is why your humble assistance is required.

Hoping to receive your reply here is my E-mail Address(mrsdorisclark@yahoo.co.uk)and remain blessed.

Yours in Christ,
Mrs. Doris Clark.
