"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am Dr. Michael David Marek from UK, the head of auditing and accounting,NATWEST BANK LONDON. I came to know you in my private search for a reliable and reputable person to handle this confidential transaction, which involves the transfer of a huge sum of money to a foreign account requiring maximum confidence.

MY PROPOSITION;

During my audit exercise I discovered an abandoned sum of £15 Million Great British Pounds (Fifteen Million Great British Pounds ) in an account that belongs to one of our customer a US Citizen (Mr.Terry Babineck) who died along with his wife and only son on 20 Oct 2005, Air Tanzania safari plane crash. NATWEST BANK cannot release the fund from his account unless someone applies for claim as the next-of-kin to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines Unfortunately, no family member nor relative has ever appeared to claim the said fund. Upon this discovery, I now seek your permission to have you stand as
next of kin to the deceased so that the fund £15 Million Great British Pounds (Fifteen Million Great British Pounds) can be released and paid into your account as the beneficiary's next of kin otherwise the fund will be returned to treasury as unclaimed funds and will be subsequently confiscated by the British government at the expiration of five year duration.
