"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This is to bring to your notice that I have paid the courier charges for the delivery of your certified Bank Draft valued USD$1,500,000.00 because the Bank Draft has less than three weeks to expire and when it expires the funds will be diverted into Government Reserve Account for sponsoring of budget deficit. Therefore, I decided to help you pay the delivery charges so that you will not loose the funds. I know that when you receive your Bank Draft that you will definitely compensate me for my efforts in assisting you.

Now, I have registered the Bank Draft with UPS Trust Security Solutions Benin for delivery, so don’t hesitate to contact them with your full contact information’s to deliver your Bank Draft to you without any further delay.

Like I stated above, the delivery charges has been paid but I did not pay their official keeping fees since they refused. The reason for their refusal is because they don’t know when you are going to contact them. So they told me that their official keeping fees is $25 per day only and I registered the DRAFT yesterday being 30/11/2010.
