"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

now until I hear from you. After due deliberation with my partners, I
decided to forward to you this business proposal, we want you to assist us
receive contract bill sum of Eleven million united state bills into your
account with 30% offer. This bill stemmed from a contract awarded to Mr.
Chang Huang, a Taiwan contractor. Who later died in motor accident in his
country. Taiwan. The bill is the balance for the contract yet to be paid.

We have been exercising patience for this privilege for so long not until
the presidential announcement, that all foreign contractors owed be paid
forthwith, this is a lifetime blessing we cannot afford to miss. Now, we
need a foreigner that will stand as the contractor to receive the contract
bill. Note this transaction is very much free from all sorts of risk
hence the business was carefully planned and it will be successfully
executed.
