I come to you with hope that you will be able to help me indeed. I am Debbie Musabyimana . The daughter of Bishop Samuel Musabyimana a Bishop of the Anglican Church in Shyogwe Diocese Gitarama prefecture Rwanda. My late father was considered to have been hiding some groups of Tutsi civilian refugees fled to Shyogwe Diocese to escape attack from local militias that pursued them and set fire to their homes. They took refuge in various buildings in the Shyogwe church compound. The Rwandan government armed forces also took refuge at Shyogwe diocese. My late father Samuel Musabyimana was arrested on 26 April 2001, in Kenya and transferred on the same day to the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), in Arusha, Tanzania because he could not fulfilled his promised that he would help them to escape militias. My late father died in detention on January 24, 2003. It was his arrest that sent my mother to her early grave and I have to flew for my dear
life and my dignity as my uncle that I am living with want to rape me.
Well, before my father was killed he has the opportunity to brief me of the safe deposit he made with one Security Company in Abidjan. It was a deposit of a trunk box. He told me that the trunk contained US$14.5 Million, the fortune which he had piled up during all his life time and compensation given to him by Rwanda Armed Forces. I have with me all the proves which I will give you once you agree to assist me make the claim. I contact you to ask for your assistance for the transfer of this trunk box to your country and you will help me to invest this money in the branches of industry which you will consider good. In assisting me in securing this fund, I will give you 20% of the total amount Once its transfer to your country and I will come over to continue my studies there.
