ESS decided to share among us USD$8M each before disclosing the balance to the US government and the world at large. This was quite an illegal thing to do, but I tell you what? The above figure was given to me as my share, and to conceal this kind of money became a problem for me, so with the help of British contact working here and his office enjoy some immunity, I was able to get the package out to a safe location entirely out of trouble spot. He does not know the real content of the package; I told him that it belongs to an American medical doctor who died in a raid here in Iraq. The doctor entrusted the box in my care to hand over to his family in the United States before he finally gave up his life.
However, arrangements have been put in place to move this money out of Iraq to your door step for pick up,using diplomatic means under diplomatic immunity cover. No strings attached Iraq is a war zone. I will discuss this with you when I am sure that you are willing to receive the money with all trust for me. Though, I agreed to offer you 30% of the total sum, 65% is to be held on trust by you subsequent to my free movement after leaving Iraq, While 5% is mapped out for your expenses as you may keep the diplomat in a hotel if the needs arise and also covers your telephone bills and transportation.
I am contacting you in confidence, all arrangement for the successful delivery has been put in place, all I need from you is to receive the cargo from the diplomat on arrival in your country, If you are interested I will send you the full details as soon as the diplomat deperted.
