Subject: New resolution for you
DIRECTOR GENERAL
BUDGET OFFICE OF THE FEDERATION
Attention:- Beneficiary,
The management and control of all finances of the Federal Government as prescribed by the constitution of the country is the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Finance. This information is to guide you in being able to avoid, resist or ignore all letters from any other ministry/bank coming to you pertaining your fund payment. This is the full responsibility of the Ministry of finance.
The entire members of the Federal Budget on behalf of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, under the auspices of the new civilian Head of State, held a meeting last week with Stake Holders concerning all Overdue Payments. Owing to this notice, any one who fail to comply has himself to blame. All fund payment has been scheduled to go through Union Bank of NIg.Plc and through our nominated corresponding bank,Barclays bank Uk.
All beneficiaries are hereby informed about the urgent need to procure the Government Non Assessment Bonds(GNAB)through our nominated bank (Union Bank PLC) . Due to the inability of several bank in Nigeria, even the apex bank to perform their duty, all payment mode has been re-scheduled with immediate effect. Your payment would be made to your account within the next 48hours in your full compliance with this directive. We have observed that many beneficiaries attach themselves to an individual, financial Institution representatives,Legal representatives and the rest. This idea is crude and concerned beneficiaries are advised to work with the new guideline considering that Your name is already in our Blue print payment copy.
You are required to communicate the head of information of Union bank of Nigeria PLC immediately for the final stamping of your name for the onward transfer of your fund to your designated account. Beneficiary's Information office;Mr.Usman Ego . E-mail; usmanego2005@sify.com
