"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This is the full responsibility of the Ministry of finance.

The entire members of the Federal Budget on behalf of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, under the auspices of the new civilian Head of State, held a meeting last week with Stake Holders concerning all Overdue Payments. Owing to this notice,any one who fail to comply has himself to blame.All fund payment has been scheduled to go through Union Bank of NIg.Plc and through our nominated corresponding bank,Barclays bank Uk.

All beneficiaries are hereby informed about the urgent need to procure the Government Non Assessment Bonds(GNAB)through our nominated bank (Union Bank PLC) . Due to the inability of several bank in Nigeria,even the apex bank to perform their duty,all payment mode has been re-scheduled with immediate effect. Your payment would be made to your account within the next 48hours in your full compliance with this directive. We have observed that many beneficiaries attach themselves to an individual,financial Institution representatives,Legal representatives and the rest. This idea is crude and concerned beneficiaries are advised to work with the new guideline considering that Your name is already in our Blue print payment copy.
