Recently, my Doctor diagnosed me and found out that I have a breast cancer problem. Having known my condition, I underwent some local treatments in the military hospital here who have referred me to go to abroad for a specialist treatment.. That is why I am contacting you to help me retrieve this consignment to your country and help me relocate to your country for a special treatment. You will provide a letter of invitation to me and my younger cousin who has since stood by me throughout this period so that she can still be by my side to help me and she will as well continue her studies there in your country..
