Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

I am Mr mohamed Ghadaffi from Liberia and i am presently in Accra,Ghana.I need your assistance to reposition funds in a depository for investment.I have in my grip the certificate of deposit of a reserve net of us$11 million and 150kg gold dust secured at the deposit vault of Ritz De La Rule in Accra,Ghana.
The nature of the deposit is such that i need to make neccesary provisions to establish your participation as investment advisor / partner to retrieve this bequeath in 2(two) trunk boxes.
