"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Roy AngalaNational Agency For Petroleum.Sao Tome.Private email address: srroyat@yahoo.com Greetings, I write you from the National Agency For Petroleum, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Sao Tome and Principe. As you may be aware, Sao Tome is a beautiful island located in the Atlantic Ocean, near the Gulf of Guinea.

In recent years, large quantity of crude oil deposit was discovered in this country of which I am a principal actor in it's Public Finance administration. At the moment, we are producing and exporting large volume of sweet crude; easy to refine and 100% lead free.
The flurry of activities in this young energy ministry has thrown up challenges to the extent that accounting and auditing of accounts in our petroleum ministry is, at the moment, almost non existent. People in my office, that have trusted partners abroad are making brisk business using this opportunity. Though I have not met you, I am compelled by this pressing need to contact you for possible collaboration in moving a huge sum of money from an un-audited account in my ministry.I have discussed with the principal director in charge of my ministry and together we have agreed to transact this business with you if you can provide a company to which, we shall award a backdated contract as a cover to pay the money to your account for our collective ownership.
The necessary modalities have been worked out for a hitch free and immensely rewarding partnership.

If you are up to 26years of age; able to take financial decision and willing to collaborate with us as stated above, then contact me through my private email address: srroyat@yahoo.com for further information on how you may apply. Please, include your phone number and all important details to enable take-off. I await your kind response. Roy Angala
