Attn: Mr. Steve,I am not trying to be pompous as you said in your but I was only angry because I know how much I put in this matter before your Consignment of fund left to your Country, I am angry because you initially promised to pay for the clearance of the Consignment as soon as the Diplomat arrives and give you a call, and instead of fulfilling your promise, you suddenly changed. Is it ok like that? I want you to know that you must see what you are paying for, the Consignment must be brought to your house as soon as the Diplomat concludes with the Customs. You should go ahead and send the money to him to enable him clear your Consignment.
Regards,
Mr. Duke Harrison.
