deposit of US$10M,(Ten Million US Dollars) in a
Security and Investment Finance Firm in Europe which he had proposed to be used in a new line of
business (Oil & Gas - Crude oil). All the documents for this deposit was given to me
to be kept as his Attorney, and after his death i have been seeking to

my Client and all the documents will be presented to the Security and
Finance Company in your name as the Next of Kin. All further documents will also
be procured in your name according to the laws of England and Wales.
You have to follow the instruction which I will send to you as the next
of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement
since nobody is coming for it and I don't want this money to go into
treasury of the Security and Finance Company as unclaimed funds.
The request of foreigner as next of kin in this transaction is
occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner and a Briton (
British Citizen) cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner. In appreciation of
your assistance, I am offering you 30% of the total sum. 5% for
expenses that may be incurred in this transaction, the remaining remaining
65% is for me.
