The money will come to your account as proceed of oil contract which was awarded to you.All documents covering this claim will be provided by the Government.If you are interested,kindly forward to me name and address of the company you want to use,Bank name,address,and account number. We shall work together to send the fund into your account,and 30percent goes to you,70percent to the Minister.
