Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

DEAR BERNON JAEG,

This is to acknowledge the receipt of your email in which you indicated your interest in having your entitlement fund packaged and shipped to your country and the contents were fully understood.

It is important to intimate you that your consignment has been approved and assigned to be packaged and ship on a specified supervision of two (2) diplomats who will ensure a successful delivery after the clearance process upon their arrival has been made.

The package will include your full name boldly written on it, containing the whole document(s) and the code information for security reasons/instructions of the opening of the consignment will also be handed over to you on their arrival at your contact address. The names of the two (2) diplomats are Diplomat charles hammer and Diplomat Linda Smith; you will be contacted as soon as they are in the United States of America .

Note that every local charges including cost of shipment has been taken care over here by our office, the only obligatory left for you is to take care of the cost of processing of the clearance document which will empower the diplomats to deliver the consignment to you at your door step without any problem with the department of the Homeland Security of United State.

The diplomat will tell you cost of the charges as soon as they arrive Remember that the diplomat does not know the content of the consignment; therefore under no circumstances should you reveal it to them until they arrive your home, and this is for security reasons as your consignment is declared personal effect.
