Mr Cherif Soro ,is my name,from Ivory Coast I am writting this letter out of a genuine desperation to find a reliable partner in an unfolding transaction I know that this message may not come you as a surprise,your organisation is well advertised ,therefore I hope you can be able to handle this contract of important supply in a good faith .
However,I have been unjustly treated by my partner in an earlier transaction, so I seek your help, attention and genuine co-operation to our mutual benefit and I believe that you will not let down the trust and confidence I am about to repose on you.
Then this is to inform you that For the past ten years, I have been working for a public relations firm that pays me about two hundred dollars each month, plus little bonus based on my work input,but on the 30th of June last year, our company made a very big financial break through then when we made contact with a Farmer here Alhaji Kouchari Diabate,and we began to supply him his cow medicines.
Note,that Alhaji Kouchari Diabate is the president of Kouchari Agro Alied Group Farms ) and is a millionaire farmer with animal farms in many counties in Africa such as Chad, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Ghana, Benin and Togo; with main offices in my country Ivory coast here, and a new one located at Zimbabwe.Moreover, he is the greatest supplier of cattle beef and other dairy products to the West Africa.
This is however, that he had informed us about the huge amount of money he spends on the purchase of a particular but very important cattle medicine. Precisely,as said he buys US$5,000.00 per carton.Therefore He asked if our organisation can source for a cheaper supplier.
Mean while we are not into the business before then,,but we just did market research and discovered that we can buy these medicine in Europe for US$2,000.00 per carton. For that reason we moved our proposal to Alhaji Kouchari Diabate , to supply him at US$4,800.00 per carton which they accepted this price.
By then As these supplies progressed and our company was doing very fine, therefore due to my hardworking I requested my boss to increase my salary. but He was so upset that he sacked me away without benefits after ten years of dedicated service. Though I was later called back when another kind hearted senior staff protested against his the same action.
Anyway during my moments of being sacked, which I have lasted for close to two months, I was so desperate that I went to the Kouchari Agro Alied Group Farms and infomed Alhaji Kouchari Diabate that I have a new foriegn contact that will be willing to supply him this same products at US$4,400.00 per carton instead of US$4,800.00 my former boss here was suppling to them.
He was very happy with this news I brought to him, and in turn confided to me that he was about to place order for (3 ) Three thousand cartons following a suspected outbreak of disease in his farms.Then I assured him that my foriegn contact will be in the position to manufacture and supply to him; infact I convinced him that my former boss here usually buys from my foriegn contact and that is why he sales to him at a higher price, US$4,800.00 per carton.
HOWEVER, I INFORMED KOUCHARI AGRO ALIED GROUP FARMS THAT HE WILL HAVE TO PAY CASH IN ADVANCE BEFORE MY FORIEGN CONTACT WILL SUPPLY TO HIM AND HE ACCEPTED.
I must have to inform you that for the moment he has stopped all contact and contract with my boss.and this why I am looking for partner to handle this very important supply,as I have promissed the Ceo of he Kouchari Agro Alied Group Farms ( Alhaji Kouchari Diabate ).
Please I will like you to consider on how to handle this profitable project and kindly contact me immediately with your full contact address so that I shall give you more details and negotiations as regards my commission. I will insist that my commission will be 20% of the total profit.
Note: We will buy three thousand carton at US$2,000,00.We sell to them at US$4,400,00. Our client pays cash before lifting of the goods.I mean the Farmer here Kouchari Agro Alied Group Farms .it is important that they must not know our purchase point in Europe.I am expecting to hear from you soonest.
