Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

• An email address listed inside this email has been used in a known fraud before.
• This email message is a "New Partner from Paraguay" scam.
• This email lists free webmail addresses. Use of such addresses is typical for scams. Lotteries, banks and any but the smallest of companies do not normally use such addresses. Criminals use them to anonymously send and receive email at Internet cafes.

Presently I’m in Paraguay for investment projects with my own share of the total sum. Meanwhile, I didn't forget your past efforts and attempts to assist me in transferring those funds despite that it failed us some how.Now contact my secretary, his name is Mr george simpson and his email address is mr_gsimpson@myway.com
Ask him to send you the total $800.000.00 (eight hundred thousand dollars) in a Certificate Bank Draft which I kept for your compensation for all the past efforts and attempts to assist me in this matter, I appreciated your efforts at that time very much.
