"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

You are advice to write a letter of refusal to enable us send it to the lottery board or you can contact them directly so that you will be sent a certificate of refusal to enable them know that you have refuse your winnings.Noting that we do not pressurize or compel winners to redeem their winnings
You are to contact the Lottery board with your letter of refusal letting them know you have declined your winnings claims. Once again Congratulations.

I want to also use the note to let you know that the Dhl nigeria is now doing a bonaza they can now send your winning check to you just with $80 . But if you still want to claim your winning check there is no need for you to contact the Lottery board with the refusal letter .then you will have to contact me so that i can give you the information that you will use in sending the fee to us .
