Dear Ilsa Nagel,
You are adviced to follow the payment instruction procedure in making the payment via Western Union Money Transfer office close to you. Note that all proofs including your winning Certificate would be couriered to you as soon as we have recieved your payment. I Just want to reassure you that your winning is real and you will not have any problems with the EU Banking Laws because your winning Certificate is there to show that your funds was obtained Legally from the Uk Lottery Board. I advice you to comply to instructions. Once again Congratulations.
Warm Regards,
Mr Barry Woods
