"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

As you already know your email address was randomly selected along with others from over 125,600 websites on the internet. Each email address was attached to a File(Ticket) number KTU/2012118308/06.

Your email address was selected along with nine others as winners.

Your prize will be remitted in either of the Following ways:
1. DELIVERY VIA CHECK
2. WIRE/SWIFT TRANSFER

How to Claim Prizes according to the National Lotteries
Over £50,000
Any amount above £50,000 must be claimed in VIA Cheque Payout or Wire Transfer from the National Lottery Payout Centre and will be paid by cheque or Bank Transfer after due verification. No cash payment is made personally. You will be required to complete a prize claim form given below and provide proof of your identity.
