Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Dear friend,

I am Prof. Charles C. Soludo , The Executive Governor, Central Bank Of Nigeria. I decided to contact you

because of the prevailing security report reaching my office and the intense nature of policy in Nigeria.

For your information, we recovered some huge amount of money dormant in coffer and custody of my bank

(Central Bank of Nigeria) and the funds belongs to a former local government chairman who ran into excile

many years ago when the Nigerian Government discovered that he was luting a lot of money out side the

country.

This is to inform you about our plan to send some huge amount of money to you via cash delivery. This system

will be easier for you and for us. We are going to send this money to you via diplomatic courier service
as your contract part payment and the amount is $10,000,000.00 (Ten Million United States Dollars) only.
I have secured every needed document to cover the money. Note: The money is coming on two (2) security
