"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: RE: BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

Dear friend,

I write to you because I am in dire need of financial assistance. I lost a substantial amount of money I invested in a company here in the UK hence I am near bankrupt. My Lawyers have advised me to declare that I am bankrupt so that my creditors will be off my back. But that is a partial solution. I need to support my family and to continue to give them the comfort they are used to.

My business takes me to South-East Asia. Presently, I cannot afford my travel expenses.
Besides, it will weaken my case if I were to file for bankruptcy. Therefore, I need someone to travel on my behalf to do the transaction.

There is an animal injection for horses, cattle and other big animals; it is called TERMACINE XP 1000. I do supply indirectly to some vetenary clinics and Diary Farms in Denmark, Netherlands and the Arabian Gulf States. The buyer purchases directly from me.

I purchase the product from a Malaysian woman at the rate of US$ 2,094 (US Dollar Two Thousand and Ninety-four) only per carton. I do the supplies to the vetenary doctor at the rate of US$4500 (Four Thousand Five hundred) only per carton.

In each month, the minimum supply is fifty (50) cartons. In a certain month the supply could be as high a hundred and fifty (150) cartons.

If you are interested or you need further clarification, I will provide you with the contact email addresses of the seller. However, you need to keep me abreast regarding any form of correspondence with the seller.

Warm Regards.
