"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

We are deaf John and Joy.permit us to inform you of our desire of going into business relationship with you , we got your name and contact through the help of a friend who works in internet here in Abidjan and we prayed over it and selected your name among other names due to its esteeming nature and the recommendation by the director for a reputable and trustworthy person we can do business with and by the recommendation we must not hesitate to confid in you for this simple and sincere business.

I am miss joy a daef the daughter of late Mr. Googde Uhunu .Our father was a very wealthy cocoa merchant in Abidjan here, the economic capital of Ivory Coast, he was poissoned to death by his business associates on one of their outings on business. Our mother died on the 20th october 2000 and my father took me and my juniro brother John so special because we are motherless. STATES DOLLARS) left in a security company here in Abidjan, that he used my name as the only daughter for his next of kin in deposit of the funds. He also explained to me that it was because of this wealth that he was posisoned by his business associates , that l should seek for a GOD fearing foreign partner in a country of my choice where l will transfer this money and use it for proper investment purpose ,that we must finish our university education by the help of a business partner abroad,that he or she should help me obtain a resident permit in his or her country.He also gave an out standing instrution to the company that the money must be invest outside this country . and it was deposited as an atifact to avoid problem or tamparing by the officers of the company before use, this is to make sure that we did not begin to make use of the money here so that his enemies will not get at us. , I am now ready to do all these since our father bread winner is no more. we
are honourable seeking your assistance in the following ways.

(1) To serve as our gaurdian in your country while we will depend on your expert advise since l am a deaf girl of 23 years and my brother john is 21 years and also a deaf.

( 2 ) To make arrangement for us to come over to your country in order to further our university education and to secure a residential permit for us in your country.
