Dear Sir, I am the Administrator of the Independent Committee of Eminent Persons (ICEP),London. As you may be aware, the formation of the ICEP followed the publication by the association of Swiss Banks of the LIST OF DORMANT BANK ACCOUNT belonging to non-Swiss indigenes. The ICEP is charged with the responsibility of finding the next of kin/beneficiary of such bank accounts, which have remained dormant since World War II todate.
The continuing efforts of the Independent Committee of Eminent Persons (ICEP) have since resulted in the discovery of additional dormant accounts -54,000 as at December, 1999. The published lists contain all types of dormant accounts, including interest-bearing savings accounts, securities accounts, safe deposit boxes, custody accounts, and non-interest-bearing transaction accounts. Numbered accounts are also included. Interest is paid on accounts that were interest bearing when established.
The Claims Resolution Tribunal (CRT) handles processing of all claims on accounts due to non-Swiss citizens. A dormant account in the name of HAMI RAMZY with a credit balance of USD15,800,000 (Fifteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand US Dollars) plus accumulated interest was discovered by me and from my investigation, Hami Ramzy was a Holocaust victim. The beneficiary was murdered during the holocaust era, leaving no WILL and no possible heirs.
The Claims Resolution Tribunal has been mandated to report all unclaimed funds for permanent closure of accounts and transfer of existing credit balance into the treasury of Switzerland government as provided by the law for management of assets of deceased beneficiaries who died interstate living no wills.
Being the Executive Secretary of ICEP, I have all secret details and necessary contacts for claim of the above funds without any hitch. I am seeking your co-operation to present your name to the ICEP as the next of kin and sole beneficiary of this money. Due to the sensitive nature of my job, I need your co-operation to HELP claim the funds because I cannot claim this money in my own name.
