Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

found out that I cannot invest this money my self, because I do not

have a european stay permit , I only have a visiting visa This is the
reason.

I am contacting you to help me invest this money in your country I have
agreed to compersate you with 15% of the total money,The profit from

the investment will shared 50/50.I am live in Cote d ivoire ,West Africa.
