Firstly, I plead on behalf of my country and the Central Bank Of Nigeria for not contacting you all this while as regards your contract payments which I know by now must have cost you some inconveniences, I am promising you on behalf of the Central Bank Of Nigeria that this will no repeat it self any more advice you to co-operate with me and listen to my advice as the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) will not be held responsible for any lapses or mis-direction of your fund due to your inability of you to co-operate with me who is in-charged as the Executive Governor.
Also note that from my record in my file your outstanding contract payment is us $45 Million Dollars (FORTY FIVE MILLION UNITED STATE DOLLARS). Kindly re-confirm to me if this is inline with what you have in your record and also re-confirm to me the followings,
(1) Full name and Address
(2) phone, fax and mobile phone numbers
(3) company's name,position and address
(4) profession, age and marital status
(5) copy of international passport or Driver's License for Identification.
As soon as this informations are received, your payment will be made to you in a certified bank draft or wired transfer from central bank of Nigeria into your nominated Bank acount. Get back to me as soon as you receive this letter for a serious discussion.
