Concerning your social security number, we don't ask you to supply that information as that is strictly personal. There is nothing regarding your social security number as the claims would be written in cheque and sent to you directly.
As regard my spiritual life, I worship at an Assembly and yes i believe in prayer as it is the only way to effectively communicate with God. I pray and fast Occasionally.
If thats all, then we have to move the processing stage; which is the processing of your claims documents which commences as soon as you fill the claims form and send back to me. Thanks for your correspondence.
