Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Dear Sigwald Schust
How are you today? hope all is well. I don't appreciate this your delay tactics in our business. You seem not to be serious over this matter.
Let me know if you have raised the money which you are suppose to send, so that I can arrange for my trip to Germany.
I am not happy the manner you are delaying this business.
Please get back to me as soon as possible by phone +44 7011150727.
Regards
Martin.
Sorry if I still appear a trifle puzzled but is it possible that someone else in government prove your identity to me?
I had a heap of problems recently so please just let me know what additional evidence you can send to me directly.
Now I will wait for a response from you please.
Mr Schust
