Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

This decision was taken after the recent meetings held with the United Nations and World Bank dignitaries thus, the ECOWAS came up with the resolution of paying off all debts burden on African countries, so as to enhance international business relationship between African countries and the international community.

I wish to notify you (Beneficiary who are yet to receive funds) that all outstanding contract or inherited funds has been approved and listed for immediate payment of funds and these payments shall unconditional be effected through our international Payment Bank, HSBC- bank New York, to you.

The sums of US$12,000,000 (Twelve Million U.S.Dollars) has been approved to be paid to you at this last quarter of this fiscal year and you are therefore required to contact MR. ANTHONY HOLE of the Bank Centrale Togo through email address: ANTHONY_HOLETG@YAHOO.FR for the claim and payment of your funds to you.
