Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Brother,
I am not impressed towards your late response. I almost thought that you are no more serious not until I saw your mail on Saturday. Right now the lawyer has secured some vital documents in your favour and once I receive it, I will forward it to you for your records and perusal.
Actually, I advise you try your best to make up the payment within the 5 days as you mentioned so that by Monday or Tuesday next week, the fund will finally be transferred into your account in Germany.
I am happy that all is moving on fine and by the special grace of God like I promised you, you will definitely have your own company and as well be employing people.
If possible I will suggest that you borrow money and send as soon as you can so that we can achieve our success.
Take my word and always keep this business to your self until the fund arrives in your account.
I await your response.
Regards
Martin.
