Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Though,I have not meet before but I believe I can
confide on you for a brighter future.
There is this huge amount($2.600.000.00) which our
late Father kept for us in the Security Company in
Cape Verde Island in africa before he was
assasinated by The REVOLUTIONAL WAR LORDS. Now I and
my brother decided to invest these money in your
country or any where safe enough outside Africa for
security and political reasons.
I want you to help me claim and retrieve these fund
from the Security company and transfer it into your
personal account in your country for investment
purposes on these areas:
1). Telecommunication
2). Transport Industry
3). Five star hotel
4). Real estate business etc,
