It is with trust and believe that I write to you, though I don't know you
neither have I seen you before, but my confidence was reposed on you. I am
BARR.GAMBO NASKO a solicitor at law. I am the personal Attorney to late Mr.
Louis Calvin Williams, a National of your Country. He was also a Contractor
with one of the Government Parastatals, who executed a contract with the OIL
REFINERY COMPANY (O.R.C) here in Nigeria before his death.
Unfortunately my client died during the incident at the World Trade Center
(W.T.C) in United States of America (USA).On the 11th of September 2001, as

Up till today none of his relatives has come forward to claim his contracts

attempts, I decided to contact you to help me and claim this money valued at
US$18.500, 000.00 Million as the next of kin of my late lovely friend before
it gets confiscated or declared unserviceable by the ORC.
More overly I have all necessary information/documents for the claim. All I
require from you is your honest cooperation to enable us see this
transaction through, I guarantee you that this will be executed under
legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law and
this transaction is 100% risk free, for I have concluded every arrangement
to safeguard you in this transaction.
