Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

accredited payment agent to monitor, supervise and ensure that winner's
payment within our zone is processed and released. Our primary duty is to
process, monitor, supervise and make sure that all winning funds within our
payment zone is completed and ensure that winners receive their funds
accordingly.
If you still have interest that we process your winning fund, please, kindly
forward all the requested information so that we can proceed with your file.
