My purpose of contacting you is to help me out of my difficult condition in view of my Father's death, the insurance company where my father have life insurance when he was serving as COTE D'IVOIR CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF before his sudden death durring the last political crisis with the rebel, have decided to pay me the sum amount of thirteen million US DALLAS (13.2million USdollar), as my father's money, but i have a little problem they told me to give them a Foreign Account to pay the Money because the money will be Approved from there corresponding Bank in Canada.
