Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Subject: BELIEVING WE CAN DO BUSINESS.
Dear Pastor Robert Ised
We receive your e-mail and all its content.
And how many times do we have to tell you that the cost estimate was from our firm and not from the security company. It is our quotation to you for the delivery of the 'TRUNK BOX '.
The demurrage charge is the sum total of an agreed amount between Mr. Johnson Gary and the security company payable at the collection of the trunk box..
We charged you based on the content of the box, and what it will cost us to deliever to you. And since our charges are outrageous to you, may be you should contact
Mr. Johnson Gary.
Your expectation of the total bill is very unrealistic and not feasible at all. Why don't you make enquires like we told you to, and come out with a more feasible amount.
We still believe we can do business.
Regards,
Barrister Wagner Park.
