Dear Pastor Robert Ised,
Greetings.May the peace of the Lord be upon you Amem.I saw your e-mail forwarded to me.Yes during the time i deposited the consignment,we agreed on condition of demurrage which the security caculated to me at $2,175 per year and this is 3 years now which will be $6,525.Infact i am aware of the demurrage charge. And it must be paid to the security company before they will release the consignment to the owner.
Regarding the lawyer fee,you can tell him after his job you will pay him and i can talk to on that area. But try and send him money to carry out the change of ownership. He have to present the certificate of deposit including power of attorney with other clearance from high court here to back up.
Pastor you dont have problem. But my advice to,dont disclose the content of the consignment to the lawyer.
Infact i advice you tohurry up since am still alive so that if any question ican help you. Moreover since you have said you will pay him 60% of the total bill to start the job it is ok.
Please try to conclude with him peacefully.
Yours Sister,
Mrs.Joy Anu.
