Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has observed that you are among those who could not get their payments/ money released to them by the Federal Government of Nigeria these past years.It has observed that inspite of your efforts to be paid,you could not.Please I on behalf of The Federal Government of Nigeria appologizes for this delay.


The Government has decided to pay off all that its owing from 1994-2006.


The Federal Government has, therefore decided to pay you your outstanding debt having been granted DEBT PARDON by the developed countries. In return sir, we expect you to support the government in its bid to wipe out corruption in Nigeria .You are also advised to take this opportunity to recover your outstanding payments We ,therefore demand that you send to us all the relevant documents relating to this transaction.


We are not unmidful of the fact that some of these payments dates back to several years ago and the relevant back up papers or documents have been lost or you may have destroyed the papers believing in error that chasing the payment was a wild goose chase. If you fall into this category , please do still contact us. We are willing to help you out.


If you are one of those concerned, feel free to contact us. However, if after three days of your receipt of this mail , we dont hear from you, we shall assume that your name was mentioned in error and it be deleted from our files.
