Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

We have been given a mandate to complete all processing and transferring of winners funds on or before the 5th August 2006. At the expiration of this date and deadline, if you did not comply with the requirements before the 5th August 2006. as instructed by the Lottery Company, your fund will be withdrawn by the Lottery Company back to their treasury for lack of claim.
We shall therefore not be responsible or reliable if this action is taken against you and your fund. We advise that you reference our last message to you and comply with the necessary requirements to facilitate the processing and payment of your Lottery fund.
