Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

The act Allied and Matter section 8{c}sub-section 1-5-8 stipulates that the Central  Bank of Nigera CBN is having your Funds  which is due for payment.
 
We are writing to inform you that you will be receiving your funds as soon as you  meet up with the perdicaments that will enable your  payment effect in your norminated bank account ,Please Kindly Comply with us by paying $230 usd for vat and immunity charges so that we will release your funds.
