The money was raised through an over-invoicing of a particular contract awarded to a Russian firm for supply/procurement of ammunitions during civil crisis of rebel attack in Ivory Coast which is now under cease fire by United Nations monitoring team and to organise free and fair election. Now this amount is lying in federal reserve bank awaiting transfer into any nominated account.
Being civil servants we are not entitled or have access to open foriegn account or to operate business of such, that is why we are soliciting for your assistant to help us claim and transfer the amount into your account.
