Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

3.Phone numbers.................
4.Fax Number ...................
Also i will go and make an inquiry of what it will cost to have your cheque deliver to you from the deliverying company ,( USPS Certified Mail Delivery) it will also enable the diplomat to locate you when she / he arrives in your state because i will submite them to the courier company for easy delivery of your consignment.
