Please itâs very pertinent that you get back to me urgently, to enable us proceed with the transaction. It is also important that forward the requested information in my last mail, so that I can commence on the documentation aspect of the transaction without delay.
Note: Every expenses to facilitate and procure the necessary legal documents covering the said consignment and to empower you as the new claimant will be taking care of by me and all you are required to do is to meet with the diplomat for the delivery of the consignment.
