My colleagues and I have deliberated on your mail and we have reached a consensus that work should commence immediately. I want to assure you that this transaction is a straight forward and legal transaction.
I have already concluded arrangements with an attorney that will prepare the relivant documents that will show that the funds are investment funds, that is to say that as soon as the consignments that contains the funds are delivered to you i will come with the documents that will show that these funds are for investment in your country, this i believe will be welcomed by your government as every country in the world are ever ready to welcome investors to boost their economy, a deed of agreement will be drafted by an attorney between your self and myself as partners.
