Dear VICTIM-FULLNAME
I am obliged to inform you that your contract fund have been finally approved for payment.
This development resulted from the consistency reports we have been receiving from foreign contractors that they have not received the over due contract payment. In view of this, a meeting was held with the UN secretary and Federal Government of Nigeria to see how to put an end to this problem. It is why this office has been asked to monitor all payment.
Finally, it was agreed that the Federal Government of Nigeria would pay all involved contractors from the recovered loots of late military head of state General Sani Abacha through United States of America.
You therefore advised to forward the following to us for immediate instruction for your payment.
1) Your account information.
2) Contract Certificate
3) Data page of your International passport
Yours faithfully,
REV,.D Mark
